Radcliffe Farmer's Markets

19th April 2011

Another four Farmers Markets are coming to Radcliffe following the success of last year’s events.

Visitors can expect a tasty selection of high quality locally sourced produce including fish, meats, cheese, breads and delicatessen goods, plus crafts.

There are four Saturdays for your diary: 30 April, 30 July, 29 October, and 26 November (which will be a special Christmas Market). They run from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

The markets have been arranged by Bury Council’s town centres team and the Radcliffe Traders Group, who are also behind the Radcliffe Dance-Off event which will take place in May.

Richard Dandy, chair of the Radcliffe Traders Group, said: “We are delighted to extend the programme of Farmers Markets in Radcliffe. The markets bring in additional shoppers to benefit the town and support our town centre business community. The traders group meets quarterly and I would like to invite all town centre businesses to get involved and support our town."
