Made in Bury is about bringing together all the different communities, cultures and people who make a positive contribution to our borough and celebrating all the great things about Bury. So whether you were born in Bury or live, work or study here, and no matter what your background, let's celebrate how Bury has helped make you the person you are.
Why we want people to get involved
Bury is a very welcoming place and people from a variety of backgrounds feel at home here. The ‘Made in Bury’ campaign aims to showcase this by asking as many people as possible to sign our pledge cards to show how people belong to Bury in many different ways.All you have to do is download the pledge card (click here to download pdf) and post to this address: Urban Strategy and Neighbourhoods Unit, 1st Floor, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, BL9 0SW or fill in the form below and hit the submit button.
In the near future, the pledge cards will also be available from a selection of community venues across the borough. These venues will be confirmed in due course. More information on this campaign will follow.
